Access path to the house
A house situated on one of the sides of the ravine called El Barranco de Tirajana, amongst olive trees, almond trees and palm trees, 3 kilometres away from Santa Lucia. By a beautiful and small path we arrive to the house, that just as it was in the original building, it has a Canarian wooden roofed terrace in the interior patio, which leads onto the rooms and gives the house a special charm. The house is made up of a double bedroom, a living room, kitchen with dining room and a bathroom. Outside there is a terrace, a barbecue and a swimming pool with a solarium from where the scenery of the Barranco de Tirajana can be seen.
During the shortest days of the year the sun does not give over the house and the pool (the closer to December 21 less time sun)
