If the first payment is not made within the 48 hours indicated, Gran Canaria Rural reserves the right to cancel the booking without prior notice.
Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, cash deposit, credit or debit card, and cash payment at our offices.
After the first payment, the booking confirmation will be sent. With the full payment, the voucher and the detailed accommodation address with directions will be delivered.
2. Prices, occupancy and minimum stays
- Prices shown on the website are per night, for 2 people and stays of 7 nights or more. The final price is calculated when indicating exact dates and actual number of people.

- The first cot is free (must be requested at the time of booking).
- Taxes are included according to the rate in force at the start of each season.
- The minimum stay varies according to accommodation and dates.
- Bookings of 7 nights or more can be confirmed at any time. Bookings of less than 7 nights are placed on hold and confirmed at most one week before check-in, subject to availability.

4. Refunds
Refunds will be made, whenever possible, by the same method used for payment. As an alternative, refund by bank transfer may be chosen. The maximum period for processing the refund is 30 days from the cancellation.
