The kitchen is very well equipped, having, among other things, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Next to the kitchen, there is a spacious and cozy living room with a fireplace that communicates with a large covered and glazed terrace with a dining area and another area with a sitting area from where you can enjoy the views of the mountains and palm trees environment.
Outside, the house has several terraces and corners from which to enjoy the sun and good weather in different ways. Near the entrance, there is a terrace with a dining area and a small auxiliary kitchen with a griddle. On the other side of the house, on the way to the pool, there is a terrace with a canopy swing where you can enjoy the tranquility of the place, located near another terrace in the shade, ideal for the hottest days. Both are near the barbecue and the area where is the private heated pool and sun loungers.
The pool is heated to 25º during the winter months, from October 31 to March 31.
